Monthly pricing varies per client, and depends upon many factors including business type, complexity, annual revenue, the level of services chosen.
Contact me for your individual business needs. Pricing for ongoing bookkeeping begins at $400/month for service-based businesses. I typically serve clients in the $200K- $2.5M revenue range.
Catch-up and/or clean-up services might be recommended, and are often necessary for new clients that have been doing their own books. Pricing for this service is separate from regular monthly bookkeeping and will vary depending upon scope of work and your needs.

All work beyond our initial consultation is completed from my own office (no on-site work).
I do not offer legal business advice, tax advice, audit services, or yearly tax/any income tax preparation.
I’m happy to work with your CPA throughout the year to help ensure your books are ready at tax time.
I really recommend having a tax accountant you can rely on for tax & business advice, and will work with them as a team in supporting your business.
